First Month of My Job
I never imagined that i will get a job before graduation. But here it is, now I'm working as administrator of micro business at BRI branch Katamso in unit Wirobrajan.
one day my mom's friends said that there is a job application in BRI and I apply it. There are some step and procedural when apply job in BRI.
First, you will be called by vendor, as a HR supplier, and BRI become a client in this vendor. In this step, you will have psychotest.
Second, if you pass the psychotest, you will conduct an interview with user in BRI.
Third, if you pass in interview, you will get a medical checkup, to ensure that you doesn't have certain illness (different job will get different medical check up) and free from drugs
Fourth, if you pass from medical check up, you will be called by vendor for signature contract.
And the last you have to be ready for work.
This is my story in the first month of my working life
In the first 2 weeks, my working life is full of confusion, what can i do, how to do this, when it should be done, where i can find this file, where should i send this file and who will approve this file. And thank you for my fellows administrator to become my coach and make me understand my job eventhough i just met some of them, first in unit kusumanegara, and second in unit ngestiharjo.
I learn many things in those first two weeks. I should become a initiative, and proactive to get more information and lesson, because there is no person that stand by to teach me about the job.
For my self reminder, I can't become egoist and just think about my job, because every job have connection each other. I also should become more critical about what's happening around meme, because it can affect me in the future.
In the next week, i start to adjust with the environment. I became faster in doing my job and have a comfortable chitchat with others.
One thing, that become a little dissatisfied of this job, is i didn't have a friend who have same age with me here, so it is kind of alone even though the other being nice for me.
In this first month, in scala 1-10, my happiness is in 8. I was happy doing new thing, learning new thing, and meeting new personperson. My everyday feels like short day because I did many things. But i also happy waiting that saturday and sunday is coming.
I think that's all about my story, hope that this will give enlighten and advantage to those who read this.
